Hours 01:49
Could never understand the finest line; and where on it your hand could just reach mine Now my heart's slipped far away to distant shores 7 it all feels a bit like its too late Years, to never see it and months, to not quite find it these days, its all becoming me Hours; once shared in harmony
2.
When this all boils over washed-up nowhere & standing on two feet I want to see your action movie; your letter to me; play it on repeat Coloured all in orange-and-blue a distant view all thrown across the shore A dimming smile, a familiar sound, an arm around that walks you through the door This goes above me maybe someday soon, I'll fall asleep it's taken far too long, for this unsure these chemicals don't feel quite like they're the cure This is only the beginning, where no one is winning But I wish you all the best Waiting for a train to leave "What's up your sleeve?" the reaction & all the rest Contemplating the defenses, through different lenses Is this just another cut up above me? What if two wrongs can make a right? What if paths drift in and out of sight? I am just another face without a name worth writing home about. What if the dark is in the light?

POSH 03:55
Automatic, your way with words is static, at best It's in the way that you walk; It's spelled out plain on your chest Although I've only met you, its no surprise we've come to an odds I guess I'm all alone in this you're 'port out & starboard side home' It seems as if I have stayed just a little too long and it would be a shame to have stayed, when my perception of interest is gone Should all the weight of the world come unfurled, you're so "over it" Just make sure everyone knows this web of woes is so delicate Although I've only met you, its no surprise to be two sides of the same coin I guess you're all alone in this I'll put on a smile & head home It seems as if I have stayed just a little too long and it would be a shame... this malaise; I feel it coming on strong... and it would be a shame to have stayed, when my perception of interest is gone

The Showman 02:21
Caught her thinking about heading North; before everything goes South Absent-minded she was sucking blood from the corner of her mouth When I told her how, "getting older is another of those moments..." Can't see it clearly, even now; I've never been much of a Showman.
5.
You Are Not 04:32
You are not the one I dream of each night, when I close my eyes Blue-sky-sprites, the flow of static through the powerlines I am not supposed to be here, half-drunk and out of time Not again, this drive is useless You sigh, I sigh We are not the same we were so young maybe I'm to blame for the brightside All dressed up for going nowhere; bent knees and crooked teeth This party's wearing on me I swear, I'll be safe. I'll take it easy You are not supposed to be here I've been meaning to call for days, but, you know I'll cry, then you'll cry Maybe you're to blame, but we were so careful so thoughtful wide-eyed and satisfied so mindful intime, thistime, itsmy... it's hard to find the words to say 'goodbye'
6.
True 03:19
Not lost or found, she's walking around in just a white T-shirt Undercover, a dreamer & a lover hiding from the hurt I just don't believe that its true What a pity! It's a memory of a city underwater A great nation to buzz about creation and the reasons that I fought her And I don't; I just don't believe that it's true We can talk about it; Find a more reciprocal view? Between now and never, I don't know I'll believe that it's true She stole a Lexus & drove it down to Texas when the air turned cold A conversation of meaningless reservations, "Dare I be so bold" Sometimes it happens, dull-do-you-part in lapses, ever growing old And I don't; I just don't believe that it's true We can talk about it; Find a more reciprocal view? Above storm-drain-ashtrays; a million different versions of you Between now and never, I don't know I'll believe that it's true

Blue 02:55
Brightsiding, forever hiding all the thoughts that you hold near and dear and somehow always feels like there's one day too few Everything is everybody's fault. You're rubbing salt into the wound and still I'm searching for the right words to come through I hope you know that it was all for you and maybe next time when you're feeling blue, you'll think of me or what I'd do, remembering that everything is for you You'll ask for some where I have none and know its all been done two times before and sometimes we can't always make the best of this Shallow 'syncro-nicities' & deep, world-view philosophies ignored feels a bit more like paralysis
